Investor brief

Building the workspace between AI conversation and completed work.

Qytherion is building an AI workspace where conversations can move into specialized agents, documents, structured data, and persistent workflows—supported by subscription revenue and an emerging creator layer for specialized AI.

Thesis

Chat is becoming a feature. The workspace around it is the product.

Generative AI made conversation a new computing interface. But useful work rarely ends with a conversation. It becomes a document, a decision, structured information, a specialized workflow, or another task.

Qytherion is building around that transition.

Multiple economic layers on one workspace.

  • Workspace subscriptions: Starter and Workspace create recurring SaaS revenue around the core product, with optional paid capabilities and usage expansion.
  • Specialized-agent economy: The product architecture supports eligible creators publishing specialized agents, setting lease pricing, and receiving payouts through Stripe Connect.
  • Additional products: Architect Studio and Sentinel demonstrate expansion into specialized software and infrastructure products without requiring the core workspace to become a feature dump.

Why capital

Accelerate product depth, distribution, and marketplace liquidity.

Capital would accelerate customer acquisition, creator-marketplace development, mobile delivery, product polish, and the systems required to turn specialist publishing into a stronger two-sided network.
